Real Property Services (RPS) database parcel key (Swis-Section-Block-Lot or SSBL). This field is updated yearly based on the GIS extract of the final-roll from Assessment's RPS database (no longer available as single field in RPS4.

Concatenation of SWIS code, "-", and the PRINTKEY field, for those polygons without an account number (ie, a blank "ACCT_NUM"), or a concatenation of SWIS code, "-", and the "ACCT_NUM" field, for those polygons with an account number. This field is easily reproducible within the Real Property Services database extract, and is used as the primary join (key) field to the RPS extract from the parcel data sets.
